The Cougar Ed Fund (CEF), is the fundraising board of the school, which is comprised of parents, teachers and staff volunteering their time to raise funds that directly benefit our students. Each year, CEF is tasked with raising more than $100,000 to cover programs and expenses that are vital to our children’s education.
Some of the budgeted items for the 23/24 year include:
- Rainbow Room Instructors (Social emotional support for students)
- Reading tutors (Academic support for students)
- Educational software to support students (& teachers) in Social Studies and Reading
- Extra librarian time
- Art room supplies
- Teacher Grants (allows them to purchase additional equipment/supplies after their school supplies fund is exhausted)
- Professional Development training for staff
SRVUSD schools do not receive enough money from the state to cover the cost of all the support and resources our students need for success. Without a healthy Ed Fund, these educational necessities would disappear from our childrens' experience at Country Club. For more information about why Educational Funds (aka "Boosters" programs) are necessary throughout our school district, please visit

The suggested CEF donation is $325 for initial student and $275 per each additional student. We know each and every Cougar family has a unique and equally important set of financial priorities. If the suggested amount is not right for your family, please consider a custom amount or set up smaller installments at check-out.
After you make a donation, please visit https://srvef.org/matching-gifts/ to find out if your employer will match your donation! This is a FREE AND SIMPLE way to double (sometimes triple!) your impact on the Ed Fund.
